Welcome to the Adavit Rakhi website. By browsing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. These, together with our privacy policy, govern Adavit Rakhi's relationship with you in connection with this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

General Use:

The content on the Adavit Rakhi website is for your general information and use only. It's subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to change the price of any gift and to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Ordering and Shipping:

Users should carefully read the description of gifts and shipping declarations.
It's the customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping details before placing an order. We cannot update or change shipping details once an order has shipped, nor can we redirect to a new address.
We use reputable third-party courier companies and will make every effort to adhere to delivery dates. However, occasional delays are possible and are not within our control. We do not accept responsibility for third-party courier delays and do not issue refunds in such cases.
Orders are processed on a First In, First Out (FIFO) principle. If your order is received late (closer to the occasion date), it might be delivered on the next working day or later. We do not take responsibility for such late deliveries.
We are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery caused by floods, fire, wars, acts of God, or any other reason beyond our control, nor are we responsible for delays caused by shipping partners.
Some orders may be delivered before or after the selected date on special occasions or during high order rush periods.
A preferred delivery date is an estimate that depends on weather, shipping volume, and local conditions.
Deliveries are made during the daytime between 9 am and 5 pm on working days only (no delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays). Orders received after 12 pm will ship on the next working day.
Courier services can only deliver to residential or business addresses, not to wedding halls or function halls.
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for paying local government taxes, duties, or customs duties (if applicable).
We will disclose sender details to the recipient.

Product Quality and Issues:

The recipient or sender should report any product defects or damage within 24 hours of receiving the products. Failure to do so will result in the products being considered used, and replacement requests will be rejected.
Customers must send us damaged products in case of a replacement.
It is the customer's responsibility to cover courier and other charges for product exchanges or returns.
Complaints received after 10 days of the Order Date or Shipment Date (whichever is later) will not be accepted.
Floral arrangements shown are indicative only; actual items may vary due to flower variability across destinations. Accessories shown are not part of the product unless explicitly mentioned.
Roli, Chawal (Tilak), and packing material are complementary with all Rakhi gift orders. We cannot issue a refund if these complementary products are missing.
We send your message on the packaging slip as written by the customer; we do not use a separate greeting card for this.

Tracking and Non-Delivery:

We provide tracking numbers for trackable orders only. It's the customer's responsibility to check their order status online via the third-party courier company's website. Order status updates upon shipment. If you don't see an update within 48 hours, you are responsible for informing us.
We do not provide tracking numbers for non-trackable items and do not take responsibility for their delivery.
If you do not receive a product within 10 days, you must contact us via email at support@advaitrakhi.com. We do not take responsibility for non-delivery items after 10 days as it becomes difficult to investigate.
If the recipient is not at home to receive the order, the courier service may leave the product at the post box, doorstep, or leave a calling card for re-delivery or pickup arrangements.
If your selected courier/post service does not serve the destination, we will choose an alternative service to deliver your products.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds:

The price displayed on the website includes MRP, service cost, tax, shipping, and other commissions.
Requests for canceling orders must be received on the same day by phone and via email at support@advaitrakhi.com
Regardless of whether payment has been confirmed/received, we reserve the right to cancel any order without providing a reason. We will refund the amount for canceled orders, which can take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account.
We do not issue refunds for mistakes made by customers (e.g., wrong delivery address, incomplete information, recipient not reachable, delivery attempted, or customer not collecting from a local collection point).
If an order is returned to us, the customer must pay re-delivery charges, initial shipping charges, and return charges (no refund for perishable goods).

User Responsibilities and Liability:

We act as a facilitator connecting users who want to send gifts with vendors who sell them. We do not take responsibility for any losses, expenses, product or service quality, or damages incurred by users. The price you pay is inclusive of all taxes and our service charge.
The user agrees to provide correct and authentic information. We reserve the right to confirm this information and to disallow any user from using this website or reject/cancel registration without reason.
We will not be held liable for any credit card fraud that occurs on our website. Users must use only their own cards for purchases. The liability for using a fraudulent credit card lies solely with the user.
The user confirms they are at least 18 years of age or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Third parties are involved with us, and we do not give any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
